An opportunity has opened up for a trainee to join the sales and marketing team to support with administration tasks and to learn how to deal with clients' estimations/quotes for the work required. We don't need you to have experience previously quoting or estimating this can all be trained, you just need to have a good head for figures and attention to detail. The position is all about supporting the clients, a typical day will include:

• Provide quotes for clients
• Administration support
• Liaising with the sales team to ensure you are fully briefed on client's expectations
• Email and create quotations to present
• Deal with client queries
• Research your market, prices from suppliers and labour costs
• Obtain all project information to have a full picture to be able to estimate how much you think the work will come to
• Discuss requirements with clients
• Overcome any problems to a positive outcome

If you have a good head for numbers, have worked in an admin or customer based role before I would be keen to speak to you. We can be very open on your background as long as you are keen to learn a new career, great with maths and have excellent attention to detail as the rest can be trained
