We are delighted to be assisting with the recruitment for a new Maintenance Coordinator to join their team.
This role involves assisting with the customer quotation process, arrangement and allocation of agreements ahead of maintenance appointments and developing relationships with customers to ensure a brilliant aftercare service is provided, scheduling of maintenance appointments liaising with engineers at allocated times, working on spreadsheets to ensure transparency, maintaining the scheduling system.
To be considered for this fantastic role you must be highly personable, experience of working with various teams, you must have customer service or administration experience and be highly organised.
You will receive ongoing development and training in this role.
