We are looking for an immediately available Operations Co-ordinator to join this fabulous Operations team at a company based in St Neots on a 3-6 month temporary basis, working for the world's largest businesses in its field.

The role will be based working from home initially, Monday-Friday and the hours will be 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm. The position will be looking to pay between £12.00ph-£14.00ph and is looking to start ASAP.

This position will form a critical part of the Sales Organisation and will be closely working with the Inside Sales Team, Regional Sales Team and Technical Sales Team driving the overall company business strategy.

In this role, some of your main duties will include:

  • Acting as a liaison between teams to perform and execute sales operation responsibilities.
  • Processing sales order allocation and ensuring timely delivery of order acknowledgement, tracking and invoicing.
  • Reviewing sales orders against customer purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
  • Obtaining customer feedback for continuous improvement of customer service.
  • Communicating and engaging with customers to ensure operational actions are delivered in a timely manner.
  • Participating in sales meetings to understand and support sales strategies and objectives.

Excellent attention to detail and ERP knowledge is essential in this position to always ensure accuracy and efficiency. Excellent communication skills are also a must have, along with a focus on building strong interpersonal customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and customer focused to ensure there is dedication to meeting the high expectations and requirements of all customers. You must be flexible and able to multi-task with the ability to undertake several tasks simultaneously, whilst managing them effectively. An intermediate level of Excel is essential in this role, along with the ability to absorb and learn new systems and processes quickly. This role would suit a dynamic individual who thrives off the challenge of a Team environment where exceptional customer service support is the emphasis.
