Love working in quality, but hate working shifts?

How would you like to take your experience into a different direction and use your knowledge to train others in becoming the best they can be?

In this newly-created Monday-Friday role, the successful candidate will be tasked with providing a product-quality based training programme for a large and very successful fresh produce business.

This will provide an excellent opportunity for someone to use their existing experience of quality within fresh produce and further their careers into a new area. You will have the chance to receive further training qualifications which will help progress your training career.

Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and coaching for the staff across various departments, whilst also taking ownership of the training manual and highlighting any areas that can be improved. You'll get involved with training people during their induction stages and beyond - so you'll really become a familiar face on this site!

What will you need?

• An understanding of quality processes within fresh produce (ideally fruit)
• Great communication skills
• Experience from within a fresh produce pack house
• Confidence to deliver training to a wide variety of individuals
