This is a great position for someone who has some level of administration/customer service experience looking for the next step in their career, this role has been a stepping stone into a career within this business due to a recent promotion they now have space for a new addition to their Internal Sales Administration team.
Your day will be diverse, fast paced and you will have the ability to make a great impact to a customers journey, below is an overview:
- Supplier contact to obtain relevant information for direct deliveries.
- Managing the receiving of proof of deliveries checking them against placed orders, ensuring updates are logged.
- Placement of customer orders via the companies system.
- Setting up customer products codes.
- Sending agreements to customers using Adobe sign.
- Answering incoming customer calls and disturbing to the relevant department.
- Daily reporting for management.
- General administration.
The ideal candidate for this role will have some level of customer service and administration experience , have a good grasp of using excel and Microsoft. You will love working in a team and enjoy providing great customer service. You will have the ability to use your initiative and work at a fast pace.

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on experience
Yearly bonus, discounted retail scheme across various restaurants and shops, training and progression routes, pension and team incentives.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 - 5pm
