Job Role: Sales Support Administrator
Location: Onsite, Milton Keynes
Salary: £25,000pa to £27,000pa DOE

In this role, you will be a crucial part of the organisation, ensuring efficient and courteous service to our customers and supporting external sales teams in the UK and Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Adapt communication skills to engage effectively with various levels of key stakeholders and customers.
- Understand customer needs, maintain relationships, and prioritise customer satisfaction.
- Manage the sales order process through to billing using SAP Backlog reports.
- Raise purchase orders.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support onsite facilities and customer events.
- Liaise with and support other departments as necessary.
- Develop positive relationships with customers, distribution partners, and internal staff at all levels.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows, providing input on new processes as needed to meet customer and business needs.
Ideally you will have:
- Experience and working knowledge of SAP but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail
