The ONE Group are delighted to be partnering with a creative construction SME with over 20 years experience in the industry to support them with hiring a Senior Accounts Assistant in Northamptonshire.
You will work closely with the Senior Accountant in order to support with transnational processes from Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable to VAT accounting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Experience working with ledgers, purchase, sales and general ledger.
- Knowledge of trial balance/nominal ledger.
- Be inquisitive, business partner with other departments, and ensure finance data is correct.
- Experience with expense management and Sage 50.
- Experience with VAT accounting, project accounting, managing multiple finance ledgers.
Your Benefits:
- Basic salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Your profile:
- AAT Qualified or Qualified by experience.
- Management Accountant with strong accruals, prepayments and reconciliations experience.
- Advanced excel: Pivot tables, v-look ups, formulas.
- Confident, Collaborative, energetic and personable.
- Experienced bookkeeper
- Considering part-time (3 full days) or 5 days on school hours.
