As part of their efforts to grow their team and expand their clientele, this team of innovators and optimists are looking for a Senior Paid Media Manager to support the delivery of their campaigns and help lead a small Paid Media team with ambitions to grow in the future.

Working as part of a wider team, you will work on key-client accounts to to execute Paid Search, Display, and/or social advertising strategies. This is a hands-on role where you will be given the opportunity to own the strategy for a range of clients and projects, having a real impact on their performance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Create paid media campaigns and increase conversions.
  • Manage the day-to-day communication with clients, building and maintain good working relationships.
  • Ensure PPC best practices are implemented throughout all managed campaigns and for direct line reports.
  • Ensure that spend and performance are closely monitored.
  • Conduct daily checks on accounts to identify issues / opportunities.
  • Provide clients with campaign insights and strategic advice.
  • Provide campaign reporting, as per agreed client plans.
  • Liaise with Platform partners e.g., Google, Facebook and/or LinkedIn strategists, as required.
  • Manage 2 line reports on their development and support work.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 3 years experience in paid search and/or paid social media advertising.
  • Plenty of experience in campaign creation and management on Google or Facebook Ads.
  • Able to manage client relationships and be capable of preparing client presentations.
  • Great campaign planning capabilities i.e., budgeting and forecasting.
  • Willing to contributes to Paid Media Audits & new business proposals.
