The team is now looking for a Technical Director to lead and support the studio's programmers as well as shape and drive the engineering culture.

Within this role you would approve technical designs, set standards and best practices, oversee and define technical requirements, facilitate learning and development as well as information sharing and stay up to speed with the latest technologies and advancement in the industry to best guide the progress within the studio.

What you would need in order to be successful is:

- experience as a lead engineer or technical director within the gaming industry

- expertise with game systems programming (C++ and UE4) and knowledge of engine, graphics, multiplayer, gameplay and tool development

- experience working on modern platforms
