We're working with a leading provider of professional software solutions based in Cambridge, who are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Lead to join their world-class software leadership team.
The right candidate will play a key role in working with their engineers to develop a product used by software teams around the world. The Tech Lead is vital to the success of the team & the quality of the product. They will consider a range of backgrounds & the position will require a mix of skills, from technical leadership to hands on programming & understanding the needs of the customer.
What they're looking for:
- Prominent software engineering background - tech mostly focuses on the Microsoft stack
- Will advocate an agile approach to software development
- Strong people management skills
- Will promote & thrive a highly collaborative team & has experience dealing with external stakeholders.
