Ongoing Temporary Accounts Payable Assistant
I am partnering with a well-known and highly recommended business in Peterborough who are looking for a new addition to their close-knit team to join as a Temporary Accounts Payable Clerk. My client is searching for someone who is dedicated to their work and has a background of working in a busy fast paced environment.
This is a full-time onsite position however hybrid working will be considered once you have settled in. They are looking for someone who is happy to come in and hit the ground running and has experience working in high volume invoice processing.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience and good understanding of Excel, additional knowledge of Xero would be an added bonus.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Process high volumes of purchase invoices.
- Handling and resolving queries both internally and externally.
This is a perfect position for someone who is looking to bulk up their CV and further improve their knowledge and skills which will hold some weight when moving onto their next role.
