After finishing my English and Media degree in 2007 and expecting to go into PR, I fell into recruitment after meeting with an agency in Peterborough. Since then, I have worked in both high street and further education recruitment and loved the buzz and pace of the sector! I find it so rewarding to help people find fulfilling work and have even helped friends and family find niche jobs in the UK after relocating from abroad!
I progressed into team management on a national scale after working successfully as an in-house recruiter - client and candidate satisfaction was the key to my success. I had always known that The ONE Group had a brilliant reputation and team culture, therefore I am very happy to have landed my new role here as Divisional Manager for the Professional Services Division.
In my spare time, I like going on days out with my two daughters and enjoying a cold glass of wine in my much-loved hot tub or having a family karaoke night!
