I started my recruitment career back in 2011 where I worked for a large corporate as a Specialist Finance Recruiter. I gained some great experience and found out just how much I love recruitment.
I was headhunted by one of the owners of The ONE Group back in 2013 and have never looked back! I worked as a Specialist Finance Recruiter for 6 years in Cambridgeshire and then had the opportunity to launch our own internal talent function. Fast forward another 3 years and I now work as the Talent Acquisition Manager and have the privilege of recruiting recruiters to join our amazing business! I also look after all the HR and learning and development throughout the company and am extremely passionate about ensuring all our people have the best opportunity and support network around them to be the best they can possibly be within their roles.
I have been at The ONE Group for over 9 years now and love that my role means that I can provide other recruiters out there with extensive development and high earning potential at quite possibly the BEST recruitment company EVER! I mean, why would you work anywhere else?!
I am a mother to my 2 boys; Oscar & Louis who certainly keep me on my toes on my days off!
