If you weren't in recruitment, what would you be doing?
The boring answer, I would go back to my routes in property and set up a property development company refurbishing houses. If money was no object, I would set up my own football team and manage the team – taking a non-league team to European glory!

I am a huge football and dog lover - I have a season ticket at Tottenham and I would love to get a beagle/staffie cross and call him Archie.
