The One Group are delighted to be recruiting for a Debt Recovery Account Manager to join a affluent Manufacturing business in Northampton. This role will be reporting to the Portfolio Manager, supporting them with the management of the EC and Lease business portfolio to achieve corporate, regional, national and individual performance standards.

This role has been created due to a internal promotion, so they are now looking to source another exceptional Debt Recovery Account Manager.

This role would suit someone with some exposure into accounts or some credit control experience already and someone who has a proactive & confident manner.

Responsibilities:

• Liaison with Business stakeholders to reduce debt on different accounts.
• Negotiate time-lines and repayment plans
• Arranging credit notes when required
• Opening new accounts for operations including credit checking
• Manage credit business including, business development, new product introduction, and the proper implementation of SOT/SOF's Franchise collect system.
• Direct and coordinate collections on bad debt accounts, counsel and advise SOT Field Management and franchisees on credit sales issues, collection issues, and customer credit concerns. The Account Manager will also have a responsibility to actively monitor Portfolio activity on a Regional/National level per SOF/SOCC policy
• Formulating monthly action plans and provide SOF management with weekly forecasts
