Supporting over 90 countries, they have continued to provide products within the media and entertainment space and have a client base ranging from banks to broadcasters and smaller companies around the world.

The Role

This technical customer support role will see you provide high-level support to an array of companies, on the internal products this company provides.

Managing incidents from the moment they come in and following the process of each case to ensure it is resolved in an effective and timely manner.

Your experience

With this being a technical support role, a technical mindset is required! You will have exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability work in a fast-paced environment, with little guidance.

Experience within an application support role is preference, but we would consider individuals with a computer science degree and a level of IT support.

Being the first point of contact for all technical enquiries, strong communication skills is vital and being able to switch between technical and non-technical discussion is also a must.

It's a bonus if you have prior experience with cloud storages, an understanding of Windows networking, and experience within both Windows and Linux environments.
