• Business Partner effectively including ad-hoc analysis and insight to exploit brand Sales, Margin and Profitability improvement opportunities
• Deliver reporting & insight with consistency through a regular reporting cadence
• Effective Business Planning - support the budget and forecast process by challenging & advising on assumptions, risks and opportunities
• Influence key commercial decisions through challenging assumptions and understanding ROI
• Drive overall Business Improvement via processes, data integrity, reporting accuracy
• Invest time and energy in the development of yourself and others in the team to contribute to Weetabix being a great place to work
• Deliver Financial Control and ensure compliance with audit requirements and processes through the Sarbanes-Oxley framework

To be considered for this role you must be a Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). Have Business Experience in a Sales/Commercial Finance and/or FMCG environment
