Customer Service Representative

For this position you will need to be a confident individual who enjoys a varied, fast paced position and can work under pressure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail.

In return, the client is offering a competitive salary of £21,000 per annum, along with a fantastic benefits package which includes free use of their on-site and recently refurbished wellness zone!

Main duties to include:

• Dealing with order processing, taking payments
• Collecting customer invoices and statements
• Running reports
• Update customers/Clients files using CRM
• Input of data
• Adhoc administrative duties.
