We are working with a well-known global company who have an interesting opportunity for a Customer Support Engineer based on the outskirts of Cambridge with great transport links and plenty of parking!
In this role you will be a part of a team of 20 people and you will be working from the office.
Some of the duties you will be responsible for, is the technical support across the company's range of products, you will also be responsible for the maintenance of internal processes, systems and equipment.
Skillsets required for the role:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a customer support desk role
- Have the aptitude to solve technical problems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Eligibility for UK Security Clearance
