I'm working with a growing, multinational organisation who are at the forefront of their sector, utilising technology to work with farmers and growers; equipping them to meet consumer demand across multiple products.
They're looking for a Finance Business partner to work closely with senior stakeholders, providing that partnering expertise to improve operational activities of the business. You'll work with Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders, providing them with financial insight, enabling them to make strategic decisions.
What You'll Do
- Business partnering to senior management
- Analysis of business performance to a high degree, finding ways to support the development of effective strategies moving forwards
- P&L statements
- Work closely with Senior Operations stakeholders, forecasting various site overheads
- Control and analyse various operational costs, partnering with the Supply Chain Director and Operations Director
- Support CapEx spend and partner with site leadership on performance improvement plans
- Oversee compliance and governance for the site, ensuring that risk mitigation measures, controls and bests practices are in place
About you
You'll be a qualified accountant, with plenty of business partnering experience. Ideally coming from a FMCG, food, or manufacturing background with experience of a site environment and managing stakeholders of varying levels.
