Having had previous success with this business multiple times, The ONE Group are proud to be partnering with this business again. Having had some exciting changes to the team, they're looking for a Finance Manager to join them for a 12-month FTC. This is a business that has multiple entities, and as a result, offers great exposure into a group structure and business.
Due to a maternity cover in the team, you will come into the business and be a safe pair of hands for them, being trusted to take complete ownership of the transactional and non-manufacturing focused finances. Working very closely with the Head of Finance, Supply Chain and Operational Stakeholders; as well as various third parties, you'll be in the thick of it and play an important part in keeping the business running smoothly.
Key Accountabilities
- Transactional Finance
- AR
- AP
- Expenses
- Payroll
- VAT Returns
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Line Management of a Finance Assistant
- Supporting Head of Finance with annual audit process
- Support in the implementation of new ERP, including data cleansing and transfer
What I'm Looking For?
- Proven experience working in transactional finance
- Ideally experience with producing balance sheets
- Someone who has ideally had experience in a manufacturing environment, or has experience managing operational or supply chain stakeholders
- Someone who is comfortable working with ERP systems
This role would suit somebody who is in a senior transactional role currently and would like to get exposure in a Finance Manager position; or someone who is looking for their next challenge and wants long term security.
