And they are working in partnership with so many global businesses, governments and other charities in order to tackle things on a global scale.

How can you help?
They need support in their finance team to help them tackle the increase in workload and enable their senior finance leaders to focus more time on strategic growth, fundraising plans and more.

They are looking for support from an experienced Assistant Accountant on a part time basis for 1 year, to take control of the routine transactional finance responsibilities.

You'll be;

• Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable transactions
• Completing daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly reconciliations
• Supporting with the preparation of management accounts
• Preparing financial reports using Sage 200
• Posting journals
• Manage fixed asset register
• Providing support to the wider finance team, Finance Manager and Head of Finance

In order to be successful in this role, you will be open minded, highly analytical with a great attention to detail, self motivated and great with people.

This role is initially offered as a fixed term contract for 12 months. Hybrid working is available (if required) and you will be expected to work at least 1 of 3 days in the office.
