The ONE Group are currently supporting a rapidly growing, PE backed SME as they look to bring in a well rounded and forward thinking Financial Controller to join their friendly and well established finance team in Peterborough.

Working under their accomplished and well respected FD, the Financial Controller will manage day to day operations of the finance function including aiding the development of junior members of the team. Don't let the above fool you though.. this role is very much hands on and sleeves will need to be rolled up!

You will prepare monthly management accounts, be a key point of contact for the operational team for all things finance, head up budgeting/forecasting and will be deep diving into processes to identify areas of improvement. As the business embark on their journey to grow you will also lead multiple projects including an upcoming system implementation.

The salary for the role is paying up to £50,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
