The ONE Group are working with a great business, looking to take their next steps in building their finance function, by adding an FP&A Analyst to their team. Based in Newmarket, this role is a 4 day a week position (no salary sacrifice), 2 days in office and 2 from home.

This role is a great opportunity for someone to put their stamp on a function, this is the first FP&A hire this company has brought in and it reports straight into the CFO. You won't be looking after regulatory month end, this a pure forward thinking and business partnering role - you'll have strong communication skills and be able to build relationships well.

Budgeting and Forecasting experience is a must, as well as a proven history of partnering with key stakeholders. This role will be dealing with the groups MD's as well as their heads of departments.

Responsibilities:

• Working with heads of departments on their budgets and forecasts
• Design financial reports
• Comparison of business performance vs internal KPI's
• Enhancing systems and processes
• Implementing new efficiency
