Head of IT

Top opportunity for a Head of IT to join a tech focused organisation with their own real time website and sites all across the UK and Europe.
Managing a team of 5 you will be responsible for IT Support/Infrastructure, Cyber Security and the ERP system. You will work with the group IT director to advise on tech strategy and adaption.
Technology is at the forefront of what they do and any experience with IOT real time systems, CRM or ERP systems will be highly beneficial.

Role/Responsibilities
Lead and coach a team of 5 people across: Applications, Infrastructure, Cyber Security and Service Desk
Transform and promote the use of CRM and ERP will be a first priority
To work on strategic plans for the Team and moving the business forwards
Actively lead ongoing cloud migration projects and systems upgrades
To promote using technology as a growth enabler
To develop the Team with training and mentoring to support a continuous development ethic within the direct and wider teams.
A proven track record of implementing new systems and strategies
A desire to continuously improve the offerings provided to Associates and customers
A passion for technological changes to embrace the way of working
