IT Director
Top opportunity for an IT Director to join a well known and rapidly expanding Food manufacturing client with a number of large scale projects in the pipeline.
You will manage all IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
It's a chance to plan, coordinate, direct, and design all IT-related activities of the organisation, as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department through the IT Manager.

Experience required
Experience working in a Food Production/manufacturing company.
Extensive ERP operation and business process experience.
Strong technical knowledge of network, workstation & associated asset management and patch management systems.
Experience of integrating bolt-on solutions to ERP systems including all aspects of the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Office 365 including licensing, administration, and security.
Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud services.
Strong Commercial/Business Acumen and leadership skills
Experience of Infrastructure procedures essential.

Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of Information Technology.
Budgets - controlling and bringing in project within budget.
Determines long range organisation wide IT needs and develops overall IT strategy to satisfy strategic business goals.
Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Ensures compliance with Corporate Cybersecurity Framework throughout the Division
Develop and maintain Disaster Recovery Plan and ensure plan details are communicated and understood by relevant stakeholders
Direct departmental staff and resources to provide a high level of day-to-day support services, drive projects, and implement strategic initiatives
Identify, lead and mentor talent to build a strong and diverse IT talent/succession pipeline
