IT Director - Digital Transformation

Top opportunity for an aspiring IT Director to take charge of a technology function but more importantly direct the business strategies around Digital Transformation, Information Security, Support tickets and Applications.
This is a high-level position with no hands-on technical requirements and we looking for experience advising stake holders on technology adaption/strategy, managing/negotiating 3rd party budgets, technical development of IT Engineers and Information Security Governance and compliance.
This newly created position which is critical to realising the strategic goals and accelerating innovation in the application of digital technology.

Role/Responsibilities

You will play a lead role in developing an integrated Digital Strategy that supports the businesses strategic plan, develops digital capability and delivers the transformational change required to ensure high quality running function for users/stake holders.
You will be a highly capable digital transformational leader who will be able to form effective cross divisional relationships with a wide range of different people and stakeholders at all levels, you will have a proven ability to combine strategic thinking with the practical implementation and delivery.
You will be passionate and forward thinking and have extensive knowledge of the contemporary digital landscapes and experience of bringing leading edge technology and process optimisation practices that drive sustainable improvements in business performance.
You will be a proven innovator with a sophisticated understanding of digital and technology solutions and a successful track record of driving strategy and delivering programmes from design through to implementation.
The right person will be a hands-on leader one that will own and deliver the IT strategy and plans, inspire the IT team and the business to live values and bring new ideas to the table to further objectives.
