We now have a rare opportunity for someone to join them on a part-time basis for a period of at least 6 months.

Working circa 15 hours per week either remotely or in the office, the right candidate will have proven credit control skills and will be a support to the full-time member of the team whose focus will be split with the day-to-day and also working on a new project.

Your duties will include;

Posting cash receipts
Responding to customer queries and requests
Chasing debts by phone and email
Setting up direct debits
Ensuring all data is up to date and and correcting any anomalies and adding missing information where appropriate
Checking for unallocated cash and outstanding balances and actioning as appropriate

The successful candidate will be a proven communicator with excellent IT skills and will like being busy.

Having experience in Credit Control is required but also the ability to interact well with people and work as part of a team is also very important.
