I'm working with a leading utilities provider, who have created a Technical Service Owner position due to a restructure in the organisation. You will report directly into the Infrastructure & Network Services Manager, and join a very close-knit team of Service Owners, each with their own technical specialisation.

You will be the Infrastructure & Cloud Service Owner and be responsible for ensuring 3rd parties are contractually delivering what was set out, take part in service reviews, and completely manage those services of the business.

If you have:

• Proven experience in a technical role, preferably 3rd line infrastructure based
• Technical experience and the desire to move into a service role
• Service experience - Ideally management, but exposure to Change, Incident & Problem Management
• ITIL Qualifications
