We're currently supporting a global business based in Cambridge as they look to add to their financial reporting capabilities at a senior level for a period of 12 months.

Working with senior stakeholders you'll be joining an organisation who are continuing to see growth year on year and offer excellent exposure that can only benefit individuals in the future.

You'll be providing support to the ongoing transaction activities of the group as well as supporting execution of significant acquisitions. This is a vital role as you liaise with the deal, corporate and financial reporting teams internally. You'll prepare and review quarterly press releases, financials and related information in relation to M&A activities with associated filings for both the UK and US. As a senior member you will prepare and collate CFO decks, work with audit committees and produce associated documentation when required.

The successful applicant will be ACA/ACCA qualified ideally gained within the 'Big 4' with strong financial accounting experience with the transition into a global/ group organisations.

The role is remote working for the foreseeable but will be office based (Cambridge) a couple of days a week once safe to do so.

Day rate £500-£600 PAYE
