I started off at The ONE Groupas a Specialist Consultant, in the Accountancy and Finance sector, in our Peterborough office in 2010.
During my time here, I have witnessed some fantastic growth even during a recession. I recruited the Cambridgeshire market for 4 years and after achieving Senior Consultant we made the commercial decision to set up a third office, to which I have been instrumental in from the start.
The ONE Group opened the Northampton office in 2016, where a new team of ‘local’ Consultants have been recruited to increase our market share. I now manage a team of 10 consultants, all operating across a variety of specialist vertical markets and recruit for businesses of all sizes, from FTSE listed organisations to SME’s. We ensure that we keep our customer service standards high, offering guidance around CV writing, salary information, interview preparation and specialist advice.
Outside of work I am married (with no kids, but a dog) - I enjoy sport, watching football and playing golf from a handicap of 20.
