The One Group are assisting one of our favourite clients with the recruitment for two account support executives to join their welcoming and hardworking team!
This role will be for a minimum of 3 months, with two weeks of training within their Northampton office and then permanently working from home with a possibility of working in the office one day a week.
This role will be include but not be limited to query resolution, working within SLAs, manage orders and process credits on time, liaise with distribution centres, use product knowledge to resolve queries, using excel for order management.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working with a customer service/administration role, have a maximum of a weeks notice, good knowledge of computer programmes and a high level of accuracy!
