As they continue to expand their global footprint, we are in search of a dedicated International Business Development Manager who possesses a flair for fostering strong relationships with retailers and distributors.

In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving the growth of the trend-setting beauty brands across international markets. With over 40% of their sales already originating from global territories, your expertise will be pivotal in further expanding their reach and penetrating new markets. From strategic planning to execution, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the sales and commercial endeavours, ensuring a positive impact on the bottom line.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in business development, particularly in the realm of direct-to-retail international business. While experience in managing distributors is advantageous, the primary focus lies on direct engagement with retailers. This presents an excellent opportunity to showcase your entrepreneurial spirit and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.

Your responsibilities will encompass market analysis, identifying key targets, and devising entry strategies for various regions worldwide. From negotiating commercial terms to driving promotional activities, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of their brands in diverse market landscapes. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, including brand managers, to ensure alignment and coherence in the market approach.

Flexibility is key in this role, as you'll have the freedom to work remotely while maintaining regular communication with the headquarters. Periodic visits to our office will provide opportunities for collaboration and team building, fostering a vibrant and supportive work environment. Ideally two days a week from the Peterborough office.
