Pay Rate: £12.00ph-£13.00ph + bonus schemes available - potential earnings of up to £32,000pa
Duration: Temporary-Permanent
Hours: Monday-Saturday 10:00am-6:00pm or 11:00pm-7:00pm
(Saturday work allows an additional day off in the week - If Sundays are required for events, time off in the week will also be given)
Various Locations: Boston, Bourne, Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Skegness, Spalding, Stamford
Essential: Full, clean driving license and mode of transport needed

We are looking for up to 10 keen and focused, immediately available candidates who have a passion for Sales to help a growing company that we are currently supporting to spread the word about their amazing full fibre broadband service in 7+ towns in the Peterborough & South Lincolnshire area - could one of these people be you?

This company is a fast-growing internet service provider who are building a next generation, ultrafast broadband network for homes and businesses across the East of England. Sounds interesting already, but not only that, but they are also extremely motivated to make a positive difference in people's lives, as well as being passionate about embracing diversity and celebrating inclusion.

Due to the expansion of the business, this company are URGENTLY looking for professional, bright, fun and sales-focused individuals to boost their capacity to spread the word about their new network to residents in the 6 ready-for-fibre towns surrounding their head office in Spalding, Lincolnshire.

This could be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to start a career within Sales, whilst also gaining valuable experience of dealing with the public and prospective customers in a fast-paced, subscription-based market.

General Responsibilities:

  • Travelling to newly released towns to create brand awareness
  • Calling on residents' homes (door-to-door visits) and asking residents about their current broadband
  • Capturing warm sales leads to be followed up later by colleagues based in the office (if more convenient for the customer)
  • Quickly assessing residents prioritised broadband needs
  • 'Pivoting' from capturing data mode - to developing and closing sales opportunities wherever possible
  • Speaking with customers on the telephone, via email and web-chat (all training provided)
  • Educating the customer on the products and services offered
  • Answering prospective customers specific questions
  • Developing strong relationships with local people antibusiness
  • Always finding ways to bring value to prospective and existing subscription customers
  • Being an all-round ambassador for the company and service


Full training will be provided, so no pre-existing sales experience is needed (however sales experience is of course desirable). All you need is a passion for sales, along with a friendly, positive and hard-working attitude.

The successful individuals will be ambassadors for our client's business and service brand, so therefore must look and sound professional, polite and helpful at all times. The ability to handle rejection whilst remaining positive, polite, and professional is imperative, along with a genuine passion for helping people.

We will be asking successful candidates to join this company for a field training, assessment and onboarding workshop in Peterborough on Tuesday 16th & Wednesday 17th August, so all applicants must be available on these dates - you will be paid 8 hours per day for your time, as well as reasonable travelling expenses for each of the assessment days that you participate in.

Those that meet the requirements will then start straight away into field sales duties on the following Thursday 18th August for an initial period of 4 weeks.
During the initial 4 weeks, you will be evaluated to see if you are a suitable candidate for on of the 15 permanent field or desk-sales positions that are available.

Due to the travelling nature of this role, you will need to have a full clean driving licence, as well as a mode of transport.
