One of our most exciting clients are currently looking for an Customer Account Manager to join their already highly successful team.

This role has a salary range of £28K - £25K depending on experience + excellent bonus + brilliant company benefits.

You might be a current account manager looking for the next step, or maybe you have excellent overall customer service experience and the next step is being in a role more focused on particular clients.

This role has lots of offer and variety, your day will be filled with building and developing current customer accounts, delivering within SLA and KPIS set out, engage with stakeholders using effective communication, ensuring attendance to company events, ensuring all administration is up to date, managing set assigned accounts, updating the company CRM system.

The ideal candidate will come with similar experience having dealt with set accounts, have excellent administration skills and be an excellent communicator.
