My client has grown year on year and turns over £17million and continue to be a market leader in their retail market, they require an excellent process driven individual to join the team. This is not a call centre position they have an outsourced call centre so you will be handling any head office enquires. The role will involve phone calls, email and online chats as well as a multitude of administration and internal tasks.
The most important element to the successful person will be their attitude and desire to do a great job, you will be enthusiastic but calm, have a level head and some experience handling customer enquires in an office environment.
Your day will involve:
Supporting the Customer Care Director
Handling special orders
Problem-solving
Researching orders
Liaising with all internal departments to ensure customers and clients receive the best service
Go above and beyond for the customers
Helping with returns
Assisting with backorders
Taking calls
Calling Customers and clients back
Email management
Logging all actions on the system
This could be a great start to your customer care career if you are ambitious and looking to develop your skills, you will need to demonstrate that you can go above and beyond for a customer or client and have strong administration skills to include Excel and Outlook.
The role would suit candidates living in and around Peterborough, Corby, Oundle, Stamford, Huntingdon, St Ives, Oakham, Kettering and surrounding areas.
