My client is seeking a skilled Office Manager to become an integral part of their educational institution. Join them in supporting their mission to create a positive and enriching learning environment for students!

This is a full time Office Manager role working 52 weeks of the year. HOWEVER, this role could also be offered on a term time basis plus two weeks.

Responsibilities: As Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and maintaining school records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assisting with human resources tasks such as staff onboarding, timekeeping, and payroll coordination.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, including health and safety protocols.
  • Providing general administrative support to various departments within the school.
  • Coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
  • Collaborating with the Headteacher to contribute to the overall efficiency of the school.

Qualifications:

  • Substantial administrative experience, ideally in an educational or similar setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and compliance is a plus.

Salary: £24,496 - £26,845 pa
