Your Key Responsibilities:

What We're Looking For:
· Technical Mastery: Show off your strong technical skills, especially in supporting a Windows environment (AD, O365, Windows Server, Intune, AAD, etc.).
· People Person: Your excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
· Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a team leader or people manager role within an IT team.
· Training and Development Savvy: Experienced in providing training and development opportunities.
· Client-Centric Mindset: Bring a customer-oriented approach to everything you do.
