The successful candidate will be:
- Graduate level candidate with minimum 2 years' work experience
- Ambitious. It's not necessary to have logistics experience (although it would be an advantage) but must be able to demonstrate transferable skills and long-term potential.
- Highly numerate with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work across all functions and build relationships with external business partners.
- Keen to work in international logistics.
- Computer literate (e.g. MS Excel).
- Keen to learn and take on responsibility.
- Organised with strong time management skills.
- A problem solver who can positively challenge the status quo and look improvements in process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Willing to show flexibility and adaptability during peak business periods.
- Self-motivated. Pro-activity & a positive attitude is key to making a difference within a lean organisation.
