Our client has seen an increase in workload over the past few months which in turn has created a new, temporary opportunity, for an experienced Sales Administrator to join the team for the next 6 - 9 months. Based in Bar Hill our client has onsite parking, are a Covid safe workplace and this position offers an hour rate of £10.23 - £11.25ph.
This integral position will see you acting as a point of contact for customers - you'll assist them with queries, quotes and process their orders. The position is busy and requires someone with excellent attention to detail, communication skills and ideally experience within a technical setting although this is not essential.
On a typical day you could expect to:
- Create and provide quotes
- Process Sales orders
- Liaise with various departments collating information for customers
- Maintain and update production schedules
- Assist with the despatch of orders when needed
- Develop strong relationships with your customers and colleagues
It would be advantageous if you had experience using an ERP system but, if you haven't excellent MS Office Skills will suffice!
